The spectrum of services and courses offered by hannoverimpuls Vocational Training was defined and further developed in co-ordination with various medium-sized enterprises in the region. The services provided by hannoverimpuls Vocational Training encompass applicant management and training management. In the context of training management, hannoverimpuls Vocational Training plays a facilitative role in reconciling the needs and requirements of the three sides involved: businesses taking on trainees, vocational colleges, and the trainees themselves. An integrated overall concept of this kind can achieve an above average ratio of successfully completed training relationships – as highlighted by the experience of other synergistic training associations. This applies particularly to socially-deprived young people who benefit from special support.

A unique feature of the project is the option for suitably qualified trainees to be taken on for one year by two of the project partners: Tina Voß Zeitarbeit GmbH or AutoVision GmbH people. The project is also supported by VW Nutzfahrzeuge, VW Coaching, WABCO, LZH Laser Akademie GmbH, IHK Hannover (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), the Ministry of Education, the pro regio e.V. training association, and other companies and institutions.

hannoverimpuls Vocational Training has the objective of upholding and developing a properly qualified technical workforce in a needs-oriented way.
