Conditions of Participation
This initiative of hannoverimpuls is open to persons and companies working in the following sectors: Automotive, Energy Solutions, Information Technologies, Life Sciences, Optical Technologies, Production Engineering. Whether you are a start-up entrepreneur, company, or plan to open up a branch: the crucial aspect is that you are committed to achieving commercial success. Participation is free of charge. Profiling the start-up service is part of the application process for planned start-ups.
The names of the participants and the companies can be publicized, and disclosure of the participants in “Plug & Work” may involve a public event. The business concepts of the prize winners can be published in agreement with the winners. Claims to a prize expire three months after the awarding date at the latest.
Participants are obliged at the end of the initiative to provide information on the status of the start-up or relocation process. This corporate information (updating the corporate profile) is used for the internal evaluation of the initiative.
hannoverimpuls is free in its decisions to make selections from the submitted applications, and must not justify its selections. Participation in the competition can be terminated at any time without disclosing the reasons.
Participants can raise no claims whatsoever, such as claims for fees or expenses against the organizer, arising from participation in the initiative and the preparation and submission of work. The organizer also accepts no liability for the work of third party advisors. There is no entitlement for submitted applications to be returned. No recourse to legal action.
Comment on the procedure and data protection
The documents submitted by you are forwarded by hannoverimpuls to a jury for evaluation. Your details are handled confidentially by hannoverimpuls and its advisors. All project participants have signed confidentiality agreements covering all of the information submitted by you within the context of the “Plug & Work” initiative.
