Qualified personnel secures growth

The key to the development of the business location of Hannover is the continued dynamic development of the key industries identified by hannoverimpuls. This driving force for further growth, however, depends on the availability of qualified personnel and also junior staff. In the light of the demographic change, this is more important than ever. Already at an early stage, hannoverimpuls took up this thought and not only got involved in  the training issue but also in the qualification of personnel.

As an associate of the LZH Laser Akademie GmbH and co-founder of hannoverimpuls Ausbildung e.V. (i. e. hannoverimpuls vocational training registered association), since 2003 respectively 2004, hannoverimpuls creates here important impulses in the region.
